How to pay for an order?
Payments are processed via Lava.top (secure payment via card, PayPal, or Stripe)
What file formats should I use to send my photos?
RAW / TIFF / JPEG high quality
Do I need to make a prepayment?
Yes, I always work with 100% prepayment
*If the order includes more than 40 images, a 50% prepayment is required
What are your turnaround times?
Standard retouching takes 1-3 days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. All orders are completed in the order they are received.
If you need priority processing, the cost increases: +50% for expedited orders
⚠️ Important: I start work only after prepayment is made.
Turnaround times are calculated from the moment of payment, not from the initial inquiry.
How many revisions are included?
Each image includes up to 2 revisions. Minor adjustments are included in the price. Additional changes beyond this limit may incur an extra fee.
Why is a clear brief / technical assignment important?
A detailed brief helps me understand your vision and expectations. It ensures that the retouched images match your concept and style from the start.
Please include:
- Reference images or examples you like
- Specific instructions (skin corrections, background changes, color tone, artistic style, etc.)
- Any particular details you want emphasized
Important: The more precise your brief, the faster and more accurately I can complete your order. Changes requested later due to unclear instructions may count as additional revisions.
